•Fear – We believe that the management information system will help us focus on all of the miscellaneous tasks throughout the park better and not be disorganized. We could possibly lose track of the company and potentially lose money if we don’t implement this information system.
•Fact- The cost benefit analysis chart shows that implementing knowledge management will help us reduce errors by 55 percent , reduce operating cost by 20 percent a year, increase production by 5 percent a year, and will pay for itself within 6 months. ieve that the management information system will help us focus on all of the miscellaneous tasks throughout the park better and not be disorganized.
